Free and open source. NaviWeb teaches browse mode, focus mode, quick navigation, and the Elements List.
First command: Press NVDA key + Space to switch between browse and focus modes. Press NVDA + F7 for the Elements List.

First command: Press Insert + Z to toggle the virtual cursor. Enter moves into Forms Mode; Numpad Plus leaves it.
